Jean-Loup has experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real property, commercial leasing, real estate related lending, ground-up development of resort properties and other significant commercial projects. In particular, his practice includes extensive experience representing hotel, restaurant and hospitality brands, as well as owners and developers in the negotiation of hotel and restaurant management agreements in the U.S., Mexico and Latin America.
Jean-Loup started his career at international law firm, Paul Hastings and he subsequently worked at DLA Piper. He also spent 12 years at a boutique transactional real estate law firm in Los Angeles and 2 years in-house with a real estate developer and hotel management company.
Jean-Loup lives in Altadena, California and enjoys hiking, snowboarding, gardening and spending time with his wife and two young children.
