Niki Bina

Niki began her career with Perspective Law Group as a summer associate in 2019. Her practice focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions, including development, acquisitions, commercial leasing, renewable energy leasing, and hospitality-related matters. She works with real estate sponsors, developers, hotel management companies and owner-operators on transactions across California.
She has experience conducting comprehensive legal and commercial due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing complex real estate transactions through closing. Niki also advises clients in the hospitality sector on a range of transactional matters, bringing an understanding of the operational, branding, and business considerations that shape successful hospitality assets. She provides strategic, business-oriented counsel grounded in thoughtful analysis and practical judgment.
Niki earned her B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. She was born and raised in Los Angeles. Outside of her practice, she enjoys exploring Los Angeles's diverse culinary scene and traveling.
