Sahar Bina is a partner and co-founder of Perspective Law Group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial leasing and renewable energy transactions nationwide, representing institutional landlords, tenants, developers, property owners, and investors across a broad range of asset classes.
Ms. Bina has negotiated leasing transactions totaling several million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space throughout the country. She advises clients on high-value lease negotiations, portfolio strategy, amendments and restructurings, and ongoing operational and landlord-tenant matters. Her experience representing both institutional owners and sophisticated tenants allows her to approach transactions with strategic insight and practical market perspective.
In addition, Ms. Bina maintains a robust renewable energy practice, representing developers and property owners in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. She structures and negotiates leases, licenses, easements, and related development agreements, guiding clients through site control, operational coordination, and risk allocation across the lifecycle of energy projects.
Prior to co-founding Perspective Law Group, Ms. Bina practiced at Allen Matkins LLP, where she managed leasing matters involving millions of square feet of commercial space. She served as lead leasing counsel on numerous large-scale office transactions with multinational tenants.
Ms. Bina received her B.A. from UCLA, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, graduating summa cum laude and second in her class. While at Loyola, she served as an Articles Editor of the Loyola Law Review and received numerous academic honors.
